Shipping policy

At Blushcure, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new product launch or holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs:

  • Shipping Times: 7–14 business days (Estimated)

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local postal service delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package as it makes its way to your doorstep.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to South Africa. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blushcure is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Blushcure is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at Blushcure@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will require photos to process a replacement for you.
